Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using AI Reel Maker (the "Service"). By signing up, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service is a tool that uses photos and videos you choose, together with your own API keys for AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude), to write captions, hashtags and narration, and to export videos on your own device.

2. API keys and costs

The terms, prices and free tiers of each AI service are set by its provider. You are responsible for obtaining and managing your API keys and for any charges arising from their use. Use of this system itself is free of charge as part of a promotion.

3. Materials and generated content

• Only use photos, videos and music that you own or have permission to use.
• Get the consent of anyone who appears in material you publish.
• Text and audio created by AI may contain errors or unnatural content. Always check it before posting.
• You are responsible for how you use the videos and text you create and for the results of posting them.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Use that violates laws or public order and morals, or infringes the rights of others
• Using another person's account or API key
• Placing excessive load on the Service, unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation
• Use that violates Google's terms and policies, or the terms of Instagram or other platforms you post to

5. Changes and suspension

The operator may change or stop providing the Service without notice. Accounts used in violation of these terms may be suspended or deleted.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as is. The operator bears no liability whatsoever for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of the operator's intent or gross negligence.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed as needed. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to it.
